Eagles Win Sawmill Souper Bowl
Sawmill students participated in tacklehunger.org's initiative and collected soup for local pantries.
Students and staff were encouraged to put their cans into different boxes — for the Chiefs, Eagles and “Just Here for the Snacks” — to show which team had their support for the Super Bowl.
Together, Sawmill students collected nearly 200 cans.
The team that got the most support was the Eagles.
Sawmill also had a jersey day on Friday to add to the team spirit.
